Meet The Chef
Jenette Payne is a self-taught chef, out of Kansas City, Missouri. She discovered her passion working as a cafeteria manager & catering small events at the school district for 17 years. In 2020, she established Loaded With Flavor Catering LLC. Chef Jenette began having small pop-up events and as time progressed, so did the company. Her inspiration stems from wanting to provide the absolute best experience for her clients and build a legacy for her children and grandchildren.
Loaded With Flavor Catering is a family-oriented company that aims to please all.
We travel & cater to private events, corporate events, weddings, family gatherings, etc.

Jenette makes the best meals in the city and I’m not only saying that because it’s my mom, im saying this because I’ve watched her do this all 24 years of my life and I watched her climb to the top. I really prefer you give her a try.
I booked Jenette for an hibachi dinner at my house for my husbands birthday. She was professional, responsive and very friendly throughout the booking process. The food was delicious, we were incredibly impressed. 10/10 recommended!

This was my first time ordering from Loaded with Flavor. I had no idea what was on the menu. But babbbby, that Jerk Chicken Pasta and Gumbo was absolutely wonderful. I returned the next week for the turkey and dressing. And I will continue to return.

never had shrimp & grits before the bridal shower I attended on Sunday and they were absolutely delish. the display was beautiful and all the food was good. Thank you
